Shining Light is our after school ministry for K–6th grade on Thursdays. There’s food, games, songs, videos, biblical teaching and worship. Transportation is provided to pick up students after school and bring them to the church (only a mile away!)
Our Mission
"Make followers of Jesus Christ to change the world." We fulfill this purpose in four ways.
At Wheelersburg Methodist Church there are many opportunities to serve our community.
Opportunities include: unloading, bagging, client services, food distribution.
Opportunities include: choir, praise band, special music, greeters, ushers, liturgist, multi-media, communion stewards, acolytes.
Opportunities include: teaching, games, food service, bus driver, music.
